All orders are processed within 1 business day. During our December sale, processing may take 1-3 business days. Please note that the total shipping time includes both processing and delivery time.
Delivery Time: Approximately 3–9 business days. But during the busy December month this can increase to up to 12 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this number, you can track your package and monitor its progress.
Returns and Exchanges
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! We offer a 14-day exchange policy with no questions asked. Simply return the item within 14 days of receiving it in its original condition and packaging for an exchange.
